British Chamber of Commerce survey on Brexit
The British Chambers of Commerce stated yesterday that of its 2,200 members, 54% would vote to remain in the EU.
This shows a small yet significant movement from February’s Brexit survey, which showed 60% would vote to stay, confirming a view from investors that this election is going to be much tighter than people first thought.
With uncertainty rife in the market surrounding a Brexit, rates are expected to become extremely volatile in the election month of June.
